A two column head in the bottom half of the front page announces: "Roosevelt Signs Wine-Beer Bill; Selling of Beverages To Begin After Midnight April 6" thus ending Prohibition. Relating to this is a holder 3 column head at the top: "Fitchburg May Have Beer Immediately After Solons Adopt Liquor Control Bill" with related subheads.
There is also a one column headline: "U.S. Checks Up On Anti-Jewish Steps in Germany" & "American Government Will Make Formal Protest If Facts Warrant".
Twelve pages, very nice condition.
