Page 2 has a report from Boston with reference to the Shays' Rebellion, with another report from Northampton with more. And then a report from New York has even more including: "..informed that a certain Daniel Shays, with several others, ringleaders of the Massachusetts insurgents, having escaped from justice had intruded themselves into that county..." with much more, & further on: "...It is said that Shays and Parsons were both with the parties that went into Massachusetts..." with more.
Page 3 has an interesting report prefaced: "The translator of the Marquis Chasellux's travels gives the following character of Dr. Franklin..." with much on him, followed by: "...Of General Washington" with much on him (see).
