COLUMBIAN CENTINEL, Boston, April 1, 1795 The first column of the ftpg. has two Acts of Congress, each signed in the uncommon script type: Go. Washington, President of the United States. One Act is: "...Relative to the passing of coasting Vessels between Long Island and Rhode Island."
Four pages, archivally rejoined at the spine much foxing, tears at margins and loss to a small portion of the top margin. An archival mend on pg. 3.
