Page 2 has a report headed "America" mentioning in part: "...a reinforcement of Spanish troops was arrived at New Orleans...many presents for the Indians was gone up the Mississippi to take possession of the territories on the western side of that river, ceded to Spain. The French government still continues at New Orleans..." (see).
Another page has: "America - New York" and "Charles-Town" taking three-quarters of a column (see).
Eight pages, 8 1/2 by 11 inches, nice condition.
