Ftpg. has mention that: "...those gentlemen who were sent to America, that they had settled a correspondence at Phila., Boston and Salem & were proceeding to other ports, also that a Treaty of Commerce & Amity is agreed on with the Congress...".
Page 2 has considerable discussion introduced as: "The Duke of Portland moved the second reading of the American Intercourse bill" with obviously much talk on the situation with America.
Four pages, folio size, nice condition.
