Although we have handled hundreds of newspapers on Kennedy's assassination, this is rather unusual. Included is the "regular" issue of Nov. 22 with coverage previous to the knowledge of Kennedy's assassination, with a ftpg. item: "Kennedy Campaigns In Texas".
Included is a single sheet overleaf "EXTRA" printed exclusively to report the assassination, with red ink reporting: "PRESIDENT KILLED !" and the balance of both sides of the sheet relating to the assassination, Kennedy's life & family, and Johnson as the new President.
Quite rare to find such a special overleaf accompanying the regular issue. The issue seems to be the complete first section (of 2) in addition to the special overleaf. Minimal wear, nice condition.
