The top of the front page has content concerning the Jack The Ripper frenzy in London, headed: "White Chapel Again Excited" "But This Tie There Was No Murder--Probably A Hoax". The article begins: "Great excitement was occasioned this morning when it was reported that another woman had been murdered & mutilated in Whitechapel..." with more (see).
Eight pages, browned & fragile with some edge tears & mostly loose at the spine. Must be handled carefully.
