The back page has a very brief and discrete report under "Latest General News" that reads in full: "Gen. Crook's expedition has destroyed Crazy Horse's camp of hostile Sioux in Powder River canon" (see) Unfortunate for the small report here but still a first report.
This issue is not fragile as newsprint back then was made of cotton and linen rags, allowing them to remain very pliable and easy to handle. Complete in 4 pages, very nice condition.
