THE GENTLEMAN'S MAGAZINE, London, June, 1792  One of the plates in this issue is a nice full page of: "Malling Abbey" with related text. Among the "Review of New Publications" is: "A Discourse Delivered...at the Funeral of the late Rev. Mr. John Wesley" followed by: "The Rights of Man, Part II; Combining Principle and Practice, by Thomas  Paine" (see). Half a page is taken up with: "Intelligence Fro Botany Bay" which is present-day Australia (see).
Included are all 3 plates called for.
Complete in 96 pages, full title/contents page with an engraving of St. John's Gate, 5 by 8 inches, nice condition.

This was the first periodical to use the word "magazine" in its title, having begun in 1731 and lasting until 1907.
