Page 2 has an article headed: "Slavery" which has some interesting commentary including: "...Respectable meetings have been held...on the highly interesting subject of checking the extension of Negro Slavery...This subject has been discussed with the utmost delicacy towards the slave holding states...cannot exist...the least desire to injure the feelings, or infringe on the rights of those states. But they have a duty which they owe to their God & their country..." with more (see).
Four pages, minor foxing, good condition.
