* Loss of the USS Frolic (1813)

The front page has: "A Proclamation" by Vice Admiral Alexander Cochrane, concerning a blockade of ports on the East Coast. Page 2 has: "Military Report" which takes a  full column on the Napoleonic War; "Loss of the Frolick" "Blockade" and a letter signed by William Hull: "To the People of the U. States".
Four pages, close-trimmed at the bottom of pg. 1 has minor loss; water staining, mostly good.
