An "ARMY TALKS" EXTRA, European Theater of Operations, May 9, 1945 A four page "Extra" of this military publication focused on the concerns of soldiers and redeployment now that the war with Germany has ended. The ftpg. headline: "2 Down and 1 To Go" is followed by details on the "Adjusted Service Rating Card" soldiers had to fill out to determine if they wold remain in combat duty, be part of the army of occupation in Germany, etc. Pages 2 & 3 are entirely taken up with this.
Four pages, various small tears at the margins, a few small archival mends.
