COLUMBIAN CENTINEL, Boston, June 12, 1793 Pages 2 & 3 contain the: "Address of the Merchants & Traders of Baltimore, to George Washington, President of the United States, which is followed by: "The President's Answer" which is signed in type by him: George Washington (see).
Four pages, close-trimmed at the top of pg. 3 affects part of a line in the letter to Washington, archivally rejoined at the spine, good condition.
