Various news of the day with the ftpg. having a short bit: "The circumstance of making the American governors independent of their several Assemblies is generally deemed the wisest regulation that has lately taken place in government..." (see).
Four pages, a printing error distorts the right side of the masthead, small piece from the spine margin affects noting. Nice condition.
