CONNECTICUT OBSERVER, Hartford, March 16, 1829  Page 3 has: "Inaugural Address" introduced with: "Delivered by Gen. Andrew Jackson, on being sworn into office as President of the United States, on the 4th of March, 1829." followed by the text of the historic address. Page 2 has: "Negro Stealing" which begins: "A man has been convicted of stealing negroes in Tennessee, and under a law...has been sentenced to be hung..." with more.
Four pages, nice condition.
