"The Reported Secession of Texas Confirmed" "A Provisional Government for the Southern Confederacy" and more. The back page has: "The Lincoln Regime" which takes over two columns & has many subheads (see). Also: "The Military Occupation of the District of Columbia".
Complete in 8 pages, some light damp staining & foxing, nice condition.
