Page 2 has: "New State of Indiana" which begins: "At the last session of Congress a law was passed admitting the Indiana Territory to the privileges of an independent state & authorizing the election of a convention for the purpose of forming a Constitution..." with a bit more. On December 11 Indiana would be admitted as the 19th state of the Union.
Page 3 contains a letter signed in type by John Adams, written at Philadelphia on July 5, 1776 which begins: "Yesterday the greatest question was decided which has ever debated in America...The fourth of July, 1776, will be a memorable epoch in the history of America..." & more (see).
