The front page has a note that: "The Americans even when they have ready money in their hand, prefer the port of London to any others..." with more. Also an early item regarding Mr. Blanchard and his balloon. Pg. 2 has a bit noting: "...proposals for constructing a Grand Naval Air Balloon furnished with an apparatus corresponding to that of sails, oars, and rudder...".
Four pages, red tax stamp on the ftpg. 2 folds, generally good.
