The front page has a one column head: "Estelle Is Still True to Dempsey," with the subhead: "Doesn't Know Difference Between Upper Cut and Lower Cut, But Hopes He'll Stay In The Fight Game." In an interview the wife of famed boxer Jack Dempsey notes in part: "I didn't marry the heavyweight title - I married Jack Dempsey." and later: "I have never taken an interest in boxing... Jack didn't bring the ring into the home... But fighting is Jack's business. That is the thing he loves to do, and I have no more right to influence him with regard to it...", and more. This was her response in regards to Jack's unexpected loss to Gene Tunney in one of the most noteworthy fights in the history of boxing.
This issue is in good condition, although it is very brittle. A few edge tears can be found, and some loose pages, but the content is not effected whatsoever (see images). It is believed to be complete in 28 pages.
