The front page has a report from Vice-Admiral Arbuthnot, commander of British ships in America, listing the: "...Captures & Recaptures made by the Squadron under his Command..." which carries over to page 2. The list dated at New York, Aug. 24, 1779. Also on the ftpg. is mention of: "An Act to allow the Trade between Ireland & the British Colonies & Plantations in America...".
Eight pages, 7 1/2 by 11 3/4 inches, nice condition.
