It is extremely rare to find 19th century New Mexico newspapers, and this issue is 13 years before statehood. A very rare from this small mining town.
The front page has various small news tidbits, plus: "Wedding In Albuquerque" "Railway to Bland" and more. Other news tidbits are on pages 2, 3 & 4 with advertisements as well, many mining related.
Complete in 4 pages, light toning, nice condition, measures 10 by 16 inches. An exceedingly rare newspaper from New Mexico.
