Page 3 has the following one column headlines: "The Latest News" "Death Of Stonewall Jackson" "The Union Wounded Sent For". The report says that Richmond papers announced the death of Stonewall Jackson: "...on Sunday afternoon, from the effects of his recent amputation and pneumonia. His burial was fixed for today. The military band at Fredericksburg have been performing dirges a greater portion of the afternoon."
A large map headed "The Siege Of Pueblo" takes much of the front page.
