Printed during the brief period between the end of the Revolutionary War and the creation of the federal government. Page 3 reports on a meeting held at Boston, with: "...The Hon. Samuel Adams, Esq. was chosen Moderator...". Also a report from Congress that: "...Board of Treasury endeavour to negociate with the legal proprietor of West Point, on Hudson's river, the purchase of the same for the United States...".
Four pages, never bound nor trimmed, irregular margins but no text loss.
