Among the subheads & reports are: "the Late Foreign News" "British Prospects"; a letter from Edward Baynes from Montreal; a letter from Alexander Cochrane concerning Americans willing to join the British service (see); "Military" "Campbell's Expedition" "The Creeks"; a letter signed by Isaac Chauncey to the Secretary of the Navy from Sackett's Harbor; "Naval" "General Orders" from Buffalo; a letter signed in type by: O.H. Perry, and much more.
Included with this issue is an 8 page "Supplement".
Complete in 24 pages, 6 1/4 by 9 3/4 inches, great condition.

This small size newspaper began in 1811 and was a prime source for national political news of the first half of the19th century. As noted in Wikipedia, this title: "...(was) one of the most widely-circulated magazines in the United States...Devoted primarily to politics...considered an important source for the history of the period."
