THE LONDON GAZETTE, England, Sept. 22, 1670

* re. 2nd expulsion of Vienna's Jewish population

The front page has a report from Vienna which relates to the Jews being recently banished from the city, noting: "...The next day their Imperial majesties were assisting at the laying the first stone for building of a church in the place where the Jews formerly held their Synagogue." (see)
Complete as a single sheet newspaper, 7 by 11 inches, bit of dirtiness to the top of the front page, nice condition. This is the world's oldest continually published English language newspaper, having begun in 1665 and is still publishing today.
