The top of the front page has a report from Falmouth noting: "On Thursday last arrived here the Constant endeavor of London, in seven weeks from Virginia, the master tells us of a rising of some of the Indians, and that several English had been killed by them."
This is one of the earliest newspaper reports of battles with the Native Americans to be found. A significant & very early "military action" in colonial America.
