THE STARS AND STRIPES, London Edition, April 4, 1945  This famous 4 page military newspaper has various World War II reports with much on the closing days of the European War and the end of Nazi Germany.

However the key item in this issue is a two column headline on page 2 that reads: "When Jap Radio Starts Jabbering Like Donald Duck - Things Are OK" which is a correspondence by famous WWII American Journalist Ernie Pyle. Includes a small photo of Pyle as well.

Other interesting items throughout. Light browning with minor margin wear, otherwise in good condition.
