FEDERAL ORRERY, Boston, April 10, 1795 Page 2 has an article: "Character of General Washington" which takes three-quarters of a column. Pages 1 & 2 contain an interesting article: "Western Posts" which describes various forts in the "West" including Niagara, Oswego, Fort Miami, Detroit, Fort Michilimackinack, and also mention that: "The Spaniards also are in possession of a fort in the state of Georgia on the banks of the Mississippi called the Natches [Natchez]...is to be hoped that this fort will also be given up to the right owners."
Four pages, slightly irregular at the blank spine, very nice condition. Published by Thomas Paine, but not the famous Thomas Paine.
