The top of page 2 has: "A Proclamation" for a reward for the apprehension of an arsonist, headed with a nice engraving (see). Pg. 2 has an ad for: "The Union Insurance Company" with a nice engraving.
Four pages, the editor's copy as the ads inside have numeric notations on each, distracting but causing no loss of readability. Irregular at the blank spine margin, otherwise good.
