Page 2 has interesting reference to the coming Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia with: "...that the deliberations of the sages & patriots who are to meet in convention at Philadelphia next month, will be at attended with much good--an union of the abilities of so distinguished a body of men, among whom will be a FRANKLIN and a WASHINGTON, cannot but produce the most salutary measures..." (see). Page 2 also has some talk concerning the end of the Shays' Rebellion.
