The first column has related heads concerning the Seven Days' Battles, including: "The Great Battle Continued Through Seven Days" "Immense Losses on Both Sides" "Terrific Onslaught of the Rebels on Our New Position" "Final & Overwhelming Defeat of the Enemy" "Death of Stonewall Jackson and Gen. Barnwell Rhett" [erroneous] "Gen. Magruder Reported to be a Prisoner" and more. Related reporting on the inside pages as well.
