The top of the first column has a nice article on Susan B. Anthony with heads: "Genial Susan" "She Is Rudely Beguiled of her Ballot" "The Inspectors of Election are also in Trouble in Her Behoof". The article, with a dateline of Canandaigua, N.Y., begins: "Judge Hunt, in his opinion of the case of Susan B. Anthony today, went into the legal merits of her right to vote & discussed the features of the fourteenth amendment. Said he: 'Miss Anthony knew she was a woman and that the constitution of this state prohibits her from voting. She intended to violate that provision..." with much more, taking over half a column (see).
Four pages, archivally rejoined at the spine, nice condition.
