December 02, 1862

NEW YORK TIMES, Dec. 2, 1862  Among the front page 1 column heads on the Civil War are: "Army Operations In Virginia" 'The Rebel Army at Fredericksburgh from 75,000 to 100,000 Men" "Lee & His Coadjutors Puzzled" as well as: "The President's Message" which takes most of the last column and carries over to take the entirely of the back page. This was Lincoln's annual state-of-the-union address to the nation, with much talk of the Civil War, and signed by him at its conclusion: Abraham Lincoln (see).
Eight pages, minor loss at the upper spine not close to any text, very nice, clean condition.
