PENNSYLVANIA PACKET & DAILY ADVERTISER, Philadelphia, April 26, 1787 Page 3 has an interesting warning as the new nation elects politicians: "A knave in office is more to be shunned than a fool with a fire brand in a magazine of gun power..." with more (see). Various news reports from New York, Richmond, Alexandria, & Philadelphia. The back page has "An Act" of the Penna. legislature concerning Connecticut claim-jumpers.
Four pages, very nice, clean condition.
