Not quite half of the back page is taken up with the: "President's Message" which is signed in type: Abraham Lincoln. This was Lincoln's last state-of-the-union address. Obviously, much of his address is concerning the Civil War (see for portions).
The front page has a great wealth of Civil War reporting. Four pages, minor loss to the upper right corner, nice condition.
