The top of the front page has: "IN MEMORY OF GARFIELD - Mr. Blaines' Eulogy Before the Houses of Congress - A Grand Audience Assembles to Listen to the Ex-Secretary's Tribute - Scenes in the Hall Before the Address - the Orator Greeted with Applause at the Conclusion" which continues inside on much of page 2. The editorial page contains a report on the Eulogy as well.
Complete in 10 pages, 4 small holes at the first column not remotely close to mentioned reports, browned at the margins, somewhat fragile, loose at the spine.
