Obviously a Republican newspaper, and nice to have at the top of page 2 a nice supporting: "For President ABRAHAM LINCOLN, of Illinois - For Vice President ANDREW JOHNSON, of Tennessee" with an engraving of a flag (see). Civil War reports on pages 1 & 2. Nice to have this political notice in a newspaper from the nation's capital.
Four pages, never bound nor trimmed, a wear hole at a fold juncture with some fold tears. Several creases & some minor margin tears.
