The front page features 26 illustrated ship ads. Page 2 has a letter to Anthony Wayne from Capt. John Stake on his resignation from the army, followed by Wayne's letter encouraging him to reconsider signed: Anthony Wayne, followed by Stake's letter insisting he will resign.
