BOSTON MORNING JOURNAL, Sept. 14, 1901

* President William McKinley assassination

To either side of the masthead is: "Dead" in a black box. The large banner headline announces: "PRESIDENT IS DEAD" and featuring a very large photo captioned: "William M'Kinley". Various subheads include: "He Expired at Buffalo at 2.15 A.M." "The Long Struggle Ends at Last"  "Medical Skill Was Quite Powerless" "Last Words Spoken to Devoted Wife" " 'God's Will Be Done', Then Oblivion".
Four pages and I am not sure if complete for this edition. Pagination inside is "2, B, A" for what would be pages 2, 3, 4. Mild wear at the folds and margins with some minor cracking, some archival mends inside, generally good & quite displayable.
