The front page has: "General Morgan And His Command" which takes over half a column; "Latest From the North" "Body Found" "Confederate Bonds" & other items. The back page has a lengthy editorial which includes much on Benjamin "the Beast" Butler. Also: "A Bold Speech in the Northern Congress on the War" which has many subheads including: "Lincoln's 'Amnesty Proclamation' Even Laughed at" "The President's Message" "The Corruption at Washington--The Work of Butler Unmasked--His Record in New Orleans" "Lincoln's Mania for Re-Election--He Visits the 'Model Artists', and is Nominated by a Loose Woman" and more.
Complete as a single sheet issue with a full banner masthead, never bound nor trimmed, nice condition.
