Scott Takes the Responsibility" "Fort Pickens To Be Re-Enforced" with over half of the front page taken up with this reporting. Also on the ftpg: "The African Slave-Trade in the Seceding States". Page 2 has: "The Pro-Slavery Rebellion - From South Carolina" "From Virginia - Effect of the Inaugural" "From Maryland - Secession Dead".
Eight pages, some tears at margin with a few small archival mends inside. Generally nice condition.
