Page 3 has an item concerning Shays' Rebellion: "The reward offered by government for apprehending Shays, Day, Wheeler, and Parsons, by the resolution of Feb. 8th, 1787 is repealed...". Page 3 also has a report from Rhode Island concerning its efforts towards considering the Constitution: "...gave instruction to their deputies...to have the constitution referred to a convention where it could be legally & properly determined...The state of Rhode Island...yet remains unrepresented in the Congress of the United States of America..." with more (see). And there is also content concerning the slave trade (see).
