The top of page 5 has: "Tom Edison" "He Still Has Faith in Himself--His Plans for Lighting New York" with the article taking nearly 1 1/2 columns. A great report concerning his newly invented electric light, beginning: "Mr. Edison says: 'My experiments have been crowned with perfect success & the commercial value of the electric light for illuminating either streets or dwellings is established beyond question..." with much much more. Some great reading (see for portions).
Eight pages, irregular at the blank spine margin, nice condition.
