"THE COMBINED NEW YORK MORNING NEWSPAPERS", as is printed across the very top. Sept., 1923  A curious issue, as ten New York City morning newspapers were combined to produce this single newspaper, with the masthead of each appearing at the top making for a very curious front page (see). The union pressmen went out on an "outlaw" strike at the time, hence this combined newspaper. An article at the last column explains the situation.
Complete in just 8 pages, even toning, minor loss at the spine from disbinding, minor corner loss to back leaves, good condition. Should be handled with care.
