With two plates on Switzerland...

THE POLITICAL MAGAZINE, London, June, 1784 This rare title still has the two full page plates called for, captioned: "A View of the Lake of Geneva" and "View of the City of Bern, in Switzerland" (see photos). It is very rare to find scenic prints still remaining in 18th century magazines.
As the full title/index page shows there is a great wealth of content in this issue, a few including: "Act of New York Respecting Loyalists" "Plan for Lowering the Tea Duty" "Remarks on the American Savages" "Act of Massachusetts Respecting Loyalists" "American Intercourse Bill" "Description of the City of Berne" "Imports from America to the W. Complete in 80 pages plus the two plates, measures 5 by 8 inches, very nice condition.
