THE YORK COURANT, England, Nov. 14, 1780

Page 2 has: "Admiral Rodney's arrival in America...seems now to be confirmed, the sold object of which must be an immediate attack upon Rhode Island. News, therefore, may speedily be expected of this event. It is strongly reported that a peace is in agitation separately with America, without giving up her dependence, though others say a treaty and independence." (see)
Four pages, folio size, never bound nor trimmed, full red tax stamp on the front page, nice condition.
