The entire front page & a portion of page 2 are taken up with the: "Message - From the President of the United States to the Two Houses of Congress", being the President's annual state-of-the-Union address signed in type at its conclusion: Franklin Pierce.
Four pages, never bound nor trimmed, a small rubbing hole to both leaves affects about 7 words of the "Message". Otherwise nice.
