Page 13 has a minor reference to the Jack The Ripper terror in London at that time. There is mention of people being lead to crime by reading books about criminals, and noting: "It is, to my mind, quite possible that the Whitechapel murders may be the fruit of such pernicious seed falling upon a morbid and degraded mind. Although the law is powerless to repress such publications..." and more (see).
Sixteen pages, some chipping at the margins, some margin tears, generally good. Great to have this content in this famous London newspaper.
