Page 2 has a report from Charleston concerning the Indian nations there, noting: "...from Pensacola in West Florida...had been holding...with several nations of Indians, was ended much to the satisfaction of the said Indians who had consented that British subjects might settle & possess any part of their country within 40 leagues from the sea."
