Half of page 5 is taken up with a nice address of William Franklin, governor of New Jersey (and son of Benjamin), to the General Assembly, in which he touches upon several concerns. Following it is the response of the General Assembly to Franklin, then yet another address of the Assembly which carries over to page 6 (see for portions).
Eight pages, 8 by 11 1/4 inches, very nice condition.
